Epoxy Resin Static Mixing Nozzles

What is Epoxy Resing Mixing Nozzle?
Epoxy mixing nozzles, also known as static mixer tubes, are precision attachments designed for mixing two-component adhesive systems such as epoxy, and polyurethane. They work by blending resin (Part A) and hardener (Part B) inside the nozzle as they are dispensed from a dual-cartridge glue gun.
Using a mixing nozzles guarantee accurate mixing ratios, bubble-free blending, and consistent curing, which are critical for long-term waterproofing performance.
Aqviz experts highly recommend using epoxy mixing nozzles for crack injections in concrete with epoxy or polyurethane grouts, tile and stone adhesive applications, seam bonding for waterproof membranes structural repairs where uniform mixing ensures maximum bonding strength.

How to Use a Epoxy Mixing Nozzle?
- Setup the equipment: First insert the nozzle onto the bayonet connector of a 50 ml AB cartridge. Then lock the nozzle securely to prevent leakage.
- Load the nozzle gun: Load the cartridge into an AB glue gun. Then squeeze the trigger. You can see Part A and Part B flow into the nozzle.
If you use these for crack injection you have to drill the hole along the crack and attach the nozzle into the hole and seal properly. Then inject epoxy, or polyurethane through the nozzle to the cracks until you observe some leaks from the other holes.

Epoxy Resing Mixing Nozzle Reviews
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Aqviz Experts
Highly recommend for the epoxy crack injection process. It helps to mix the 2 parts uniformly.
Aqviz Recommendations
Epoxy nozzles are very important for epoxy crack injection process. We have used this with the epoxy, as well as PU for the swimming pools, basements and foundations . We observed the below pros and cons when we use it.
-
Pros of Epoxy Mixing Nozzle:
- Expect a perfect, consistent mixing every time, no risk of under- or over-mixed adhesive.
- Saves time compared to manual mixing with spatulas or cups.
- Lightweight and disposable, so no cleaning hassle.
-
Cons
of Epoxy Mixing Nozzle
:
- Length was not always sufficient
For waterproofing cracks, we’ve achieved the best results when pairing these nozzles with a manual or pneumatic injection gun
